Rob The Handyman operates in the domestic and commercial markets. The work we do is reasonably varied and Rob calls on the experience he gained while working in UK, Southern Africa and here in New Zealand.

We have a fully tooled and equipped vehicle which attends site so all methods are possbile to resolve whatever has to be undertaken. Some clientelle provide us with a 'shopping list' of items to work on so we enjoy a varied workload.

Many of our customers re-employ us to work on their rental properties or commercial buildings, so we enjoy the patronage of satisfied customers.

Most of our work has been quoted on or negotiated previously so we have an ongoing programme. We are always available to visit and discuss your job. :3

About Rob

About Rob:

Rob attended Leeds College of Building where he achieved a technical diploma after three years. Rob worked in Building and civil engineering as site engineer on motorway construction, bridges, water retaining structures and large building projects.

Rob moved to South Africa in the 70's and worked as an agent on roads and bridges there and did freelance engineering on petro-chemical sites.

He then started a building business in the early 80's specialising in additions and alterations to homes and factories with the help of about 16 staff. In 2005 he started Rob The Handyman to service the Bay of Plenty and Tauranga.
